June brought heavy whipping cream and we "shook" it in a gallon jar. We were expecting some butter but NOT two pounds. We couldn't believe how much it made. It was delicious on the whole wheat biscuits Frank made!

The first lemon/lime from our fruit trees on Creighton.

June brought wheat from the Farmer's Market. Frank ground the wheat (just like the little red hen) and made biscuits. They were dense but very tasty. Very impressive for the first time.
