The bees arrived and both hives are doing well. Frank is very happy.

June started another Creighton Quilt. We decided this was a Windmill pattern. She cut it and got some of the squares going while she was here.

Frank worked on the outside of this sewing machine. It was pretty impressive stuff to see him restore the finish and clean it up.

The tree in the back yard has some interesting shadows and shapes.

This was the coolest thing. Victor made a model house of Creighton. Details like the gas tanks, coolers on the porch, pigs in the yard, and donkeys at the steps-if I can get the right light-you won't be able to tell if it is the model or the real thing.

May 11, Mother's Day, tornados in Darien

This was at the boat ramp we call Blue and Hall. It is near the Ridge where it hit and took out so many trees. Many homes were damaged but not destroyed. No one was injured near the Ridge.

April on Creighton

Dave, Sandi and Gordon came down and did some stuff for Frank. Here is Dave feeding one of the pigs off the porch. He would put carrot slices on his boot-the pig loved it.

Dave and Sandi had their friend Ali down. We rode to the north end one day and found Alli the gator in the middle of the road. Sandi wanted to catch it and return it to the water. But seeing as how the alligator was on an island =we convinced her to let nature take its course.

Here is Ali, the friend, with Sandi on the north end.
